GPM is a new company created on March of 2005 by a Costar Rican and two American families. After ten years of experience in the customer service field (Hotel management, Airlines and customer service department in a Call
Center) Roberto arrived in to Tamarindo and started working as an assistant manager in one of the most popular and respected places in Tamarindo, CASA COOK. By working in the area for almost 18 months the need of a professional small new property management company was revealed and so the adventure began. The two American families who also own property in the area believed in this idea and decided to join the venture.

We work closely with our clients to make sure they are informed of the
current rental status and any maintenance issues pertaining their
property.

After performing and extensive research GPM has decide it to join forces and do an alliance with “KOI”, a new company that is formed by a group of local engineers, technicians and artisans that envision the need of the area for a new company that will provide the best service with professionalism in the area of maintenance in general.
