Cancellation & Refund policies CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS: Cancellation of a confirmed reservation shall be subject to an administrative fee of $100.00. The cancellation (administrative) fee is payable to Guanacaste Property Management to cover the expense of rebooking the property as well as the additional paper work involved. Guanacaste Property Management must be notified in writing of a cancellation or transfer. A last minute cancellation will be accepted by phone but must be followed by a letter. If a transfer is made from one property to another or a cancellation is made, the advance payment on the original property will be held until that property is re-rented. If the cancelled period is not re-rented, all monies received will be forfeited. Every effort will be made to re-rent after a cancellation.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made due to unfavorable weather, maintenance problems, inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, disruption of utility services or early departure due to an emergency. |
