GPM is a Property Management company created in March of 2005 by a Costa Rican and two American families. After ten years of experience in the customer service field (Hotel management, Airlines and customer service department in a Call Center).

Founder Roberto Sibaja Colombari arrived in Tamarindo and started working as an assistant manager in one of the most popular and respected places in Tamarindo, CASA COOK.

After working in the area for 18 months, Roberto saw the need of a professional property management company and so the adventure began.

We work closely with our clients to make sure they are informed of the current rental status and any maintenance issues pertaining their property.
